SHIPPING POLICY

All orders are shipped discreetly. This means there is nothing on the packaging that states the name of our company or the name of the surveillance product(s) ordered. We also never share any customer information so you can be confident that your order is 100% confidential.

Please note that in order to provide confidential shipping we may use discreet packaging. This is to make sure your order and its contents are kept 100% private and secure. 

Free shipping is available on all orders via USPS with an expected arrival date of 5-7 business days. If you want faster delivery you can choose the expedited shipping option for $7.95 which will decrease shipping to 2-3 business days.

Orders received after 12:00 PM Eastern Standard Time from Monday through Friday will be shipped the next business day unless that day is a holiday, in which case the order will be shipped on the following business day. Orders may be delayed a day if we need to verify a shipping address or any special instructions.

After an order is placed, customers should expect to receive a USPS tracking number via email within 3 business days
