Installation was simple connection to 12volt. Getting the dash off my Hyundai Santa Fe was a bit of a pain in the ass though lol

I ordered this, but immediately needed to return it as I didn't think it suited my needs. No issues on the return, I'm just waiting for the credit to actually post to my cc account so I can rebuy. Item seemed sturdy & durable, so far customer service has been attentive. I am rebuying so will post more later.
I worked perfectly!! I had my suspicions something was going on… I could tell by the sudden change in her patterns of everything. After 4 really good years, she just started acting extremely different. Didn’t want to make any accusations without proof & bam!!! Didn’t take long at all to find out where she was really going!! To another man’s house!!! Scandalous!!!
It did it's job! My results saved me thousands literally no bull! I thought it fell off because nothing for days. I purchased another it came the next day wonderful customer service. Only to discover I didn't refresh it. User error. lol. Didn't need it. Anyone needs it? Did not activate or register it or open the box. Nevertheless I am so happy over the moon. Drama gone with him! So if you suspect it you need to check it out with this tracker. I can't stop talking about it. Buy it and get on with you life I did! I've got a plumbing business with some trucks. Got SpaceHawk tracker to keep tabs on them, and it's made a real difference. Just last week, when someone's water heater burst and flooded their basement, I could quickly send the closest truck over using the tracker. Remember to scan the QR code on the tracker not the instructions lol, but once it's working, it's solid.
Hooked 'er up right 'neath the trailer hook, 'bout a foot from the rear bumper, ain't had no trouble trackin'. Playback thing's real nice, shows ya where y'been. Also tried the geo fencing, I got an immediate alert when the car left the fenced area. Darn useful, I tell ya!
I cannot give a high enough review of this tracker My daughter was T-boned by another driver and thanks to this device I was able to locate my daughter without her giving me directions. The GPS even stayed in place despite this high impact accident!

I like this unit... especially that it is already magnetic without needing a separate box. The accuracy is good and you can choose what interval you want to have it ping at. You have to call the number to change it though. Awesome tracker and the customer support is also good!
battery does not last as long as I was led to believe. if you use the tracker, it depletes very quickly.
Works pretty good except when it needs to wake up from motion. It takes longer than it should sometimes. Also it would be nice to force a ping when you need to. Sometimes it saids it’s in a location for hours and it’s not in that location.
The tracker worked as it should. Used it for what I needed it for and it worked great with a long battery life and priced right. I would certainly buy another one or item from space hawk. Also easy subscription to add and cancel app was easy to use as well. Great product inexpensive to buy and upkeep.
This is a nice GPS tracker for my intended use. You must follow the tracker in a consistent manner based on the pre-paid agreement but away from this, is handy and useful piece of technology.
I bought the GPSs and wire kits for 2 of my vehicles for my landscaping company so I can see where the crew is at. It updates tracking very fast and stays charged. Really great gps’s and not too high of a price at all. Other similar GPss are way higher. Very happy with my purchase. They did send me one of the old wire kits but immediately responded to me and sent me the updated charger within a 1 or 2 days. Awesome customer service! Thanks space hawk
