What Is Your Return Policy?+
You have 30 days from the date of your order to return a device. Email help@spacehawkgps.com with your order number and we'll send you what you need to get it back to us.
How Fast Will You Reply To My Email?+
Within 24 hours, every time. That applies to every email we receive, including returns and billing. If your question is urgent, calling is faster.
Where Is My Order?+
Your tracking number is emailed to you the moment your order ships, so check that email first, including your spam folder. If it hasn't arrived or the tracking isn't updating, email help@spacehawkgps.com with your order number and we'll chase it down.
How Do I Cancel Or Change My Tracking Plan?+
Email help@spacehawkgps.com and we'll handle it for you. Include the email address on the account so we can find it quickly. Your tracking plan is billed separately from the device itself, so cancelling the plan doesn't affect anything you've already bought.
Is My Tracker Still Under Warranty?+
Yes. Every SpaceHawk device carries a lifetime warranty, and USA-based technical support is free for as long as you own it. If a unit stops working, call technical support on 847-462-8100 and we'll work out whether it's a settings issue or a hardware fault.
Which Number Should I Call?+
Call 877-202-9532 for anything before you buy: pricing, which model suits your vehicle, plan options, and multi-unit or fleet orders.
Call 847-462-8100 once you have a device: setup, mounting, the app, alerts, and anything that isn't behaving the way you expect.
