Yes, you can. Hardwiring a GPS tracker directly to your car battery ensures a constant power source for the device. This method provides uninterrupted tracking, eliminating disruptions that may arise if the tracker's internal battery runs out.

If an error appears after scanning the QR code, reach out to our support team. If manually entering the number, ensure it's accurate. Avoid duplicate registrations. If you've already activated your account on our website, just use those login details to access the app.

Your device hasn't refreshed its location yet. Ensure it's powered on. For the SpaceHawk model, use the provided tool to press the on/off button on the side, indicated by flashing LEDs. To update its location, take it outdoors for about 10 minutes, either walking or driving. It's functioning correctly when you see three solid green LEDs.

No, It is not advisable to use anything other than the provided tool to power the unit on/off. Inserting foreign objects may harm the internal components, and such damage is not covered by the warranty. You can find replacement key accessory kits available for purchase on the manufacturer's website.

You can access your tracker from any computer or mobile browser by going to gps-tracking.com. That’s the web portal where you can use the full desktop client.

3. You’ll see your tracker, realtime location, alerts, and tracking history right on screen

No, you can’t. Each of SpaceHawk mini GPS tracker comes with a built-in global SIM card that works seamlessly with our GPS tracking software. Swapping it out isn’t an option and would also void your warranty.
